Paper Trail has created this online Registration Form to make it easier for you to record your information anonymously.

Paper Trail retains a record of your name as we have to know you, but submit the information anonymously to our funder, Victims and Survivors Service (VSS), so it can ensure we are doing our work properly.

  1. Find out how many people need services;
  2. Understand where those services are required; and
  3. Understand why people access these services (i.e. the needs that they have).

All of this information helps Paper Trail and Victims and Survivors Service to constantly work on delivering relevant and high-quality services to victims and survivors, using the funding allocated by Peace IV and VSS.
